This is an exceptional Ethiopian micro-lot, with cupping scores over 90. It's very rare to find an organic single-origin Ethiopian of this quality. We roasted more than a dozen 100g sample lots to hone in on the optimum roasting profile to preserve the delicate notes of this seasonal cultivar.
